This was a complete exterior renovation. We started by cutting extra soffit vents then installed aluminum center vent soffit. We then removed the old gutters and installed aluminum fascia followed by new 5” gutter on the garage and 6” gutter and downspout on the house. We also removed the siding and replaced with a new heavier duty siding, but not before adding 1/2” foam behind to help better insulate the house. We did the same thing to the garage as well.
